The rooms

Luxurious private viewing rooms

All four rooms are home to everything you need to meet with clients and conduct business.

The light

An adjustable daylight lamp over a bare desk, in a neutral room. Giving you the space to meet with clients and showcase your diamonds, gemstones and jewellery.

Privacy

Meet your clients in private. The room is separate to the trading floor, with a push release door for extra security.

The building

Hatton Garden has been the centre of the British trade since the nineteenth century. Meet your clients in a luxury room, at a prestigious address.

Bringing a client in

What happens on the day?

  • ♦Give reception the name when you book. Your client is expected, and greeted at the point of entry.
  • ♦Everyone shows identification to security. For your security and ours, all visitors to the building are required to show photo ID at the point of entry.
  • ♦You collect them from reception and take them through. You are responsible for your guest for the length of their visit.
  • ♦The room is yours for the block. Book the hour after if the meeting may run over.
Also in the building

A minute from the room

  • ♦Synthetic-diamond detection and photography equipment, if a stone needs checking before anyone commits.
  • ♦Cut and clarity charts on the wall, which explain a grade better than describing it does.
  • ♦Valuers, gemmologists and setters are members here, and are often in the building.
  • ♦The boardroom, if there are more than two people to seat.
