We are dedicated to creating an inclusive space for all our Employees and Members, extending the culture of inclusion into our Bourse.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to our ethos.

Our membership initiatives are designed to attract suitably qualified individuals regardless of their race, sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, age, gender, disability status or any other dimension of diversity.

Our approach to diversity is based on a belief that different perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative organisation.

Overview

The London Diamond Bourse recognises that where in our society power is not held equally and that groups and individuals have been and continue to be discriminated against on many grounds.

The London Diamond Bourse also recognises that where direct or indirect discrimination occurs within the London Diamond Bourse, it is both morally and legally unacceptable.

The London Diamond Bourse is governed strictly by a Code of Conduct & Code of Practice, in line with our rules and constitution.

Members and Employees will be treated with dignity and respect regardless of race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability and/or age.

Language or humour that people find offensive will not be used, e.g. sexist or racist jokes or terminology which is derogatory to someone with a disability.

No one will be harassed, abused or intimidated on the ground of his or her race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability or age. Incidents of harassment will be taken seriously.

Review

This policy will be reviewed every 2 years.
